Letting Your Gite

Gite owners have two basic choices when it comes to marketing and letting their properties: they can either organise it all themselves or they can associate themselves with an organisation who handles all or part of the process on their behalf.  Make no mistake, this aspect of owning a gite in France takes very different skills to those used in its renovation and preparation, and as always The Gite Doctor has experts in that particular field available to help.

Achieving a fully managed letting service

A 'fully managed letting service' generally means that a letting agency will photograph, describe, advertise and deal with the enquiries for your gite ... but the owner is still responsible for arranging local care-taking and overall property management.
